Hyundai Fleet of 6!

On Thursday of this week (06/02/2014) William Fry of G Fry Demolition took delivery of a Hyundai R210LC-9 taking his fleet of Hyundai’s up to the total of 6.

The fleet of Hyundai’s now consists of various sized Excavators ranging from a R140W-7A Wheeled Excavator up to a R500LC-7A Crawler Excavator. The rest of the fleet is made up of 3 x R210LC of the dash 7/7A series and, of course, the latest addition of the R210LC-9.

EP Industries Ltd delivered the machine on Thursday morning to a local site where G Fry Demolition is currently demolishing a soap factory – preparing it for a new build. After setting the machine up, EPI Staff watched on as the R210LC-9 was put straight to work demolishing one of the buildings. The 3900m long arm, shear rotation and hammer pipework made it easy to demolish the structure and it was down in a matter of minutes... (see right)

William Fry told us that of the 6 machines, only 4 are currently working on this particular project. However once the crushing commences all 6 machines will be taken to the site for speed of operation – we hope to get some footage / images at that time so keep your eyes peeled for an update on this!
