...Based on these recommendations, Ian made contact with EP Industries Ltd, eager to involve the Hyundai brand in evaluation trials against competitor’s machines.

A Hyundai R145LCR-9A with a dozer blade was supplied from E P Industries to Harlaxton Engineering Services for the purpose of demonstration.

Put up against other manufactures 13 ton models, the Hyundai R145LCR-9A was evaluated by a number of highly experienced excavator operators and service engineers. Over this evaluation period it was proven that the Hyundai R145LCR-9A was the right machine for the job, providing power, stability, and performance while offering a very high level of operator comfort.

Just days after the evaluation Richard Hibbert, Managing Director for Harlaxton Engineering Services Ltd, placed an order for a new Hyundai R145LCR-9A with UK Hyundai dealer, EP Industries Ltd.

The Hyundai R145LCR-9A complies with the EPA (Tier 4 interim) / EU (Stage III-B) Emission regulation and the model supplied was equipped with;
Dozer blade, 3.1m long dipper arm, double acting hammer pipe work, boom and arm check valves, additional forward facing work lights mounted to the cab, beacon, climate control, rear view colour camera, blue tooth hands free kit, radio with MP3 & MP4 connectivity, heated suspension seat, 700mm triple grouser track plates, Strickland twin lock hydraulic hitch, 4x buckets & vandal guards.
